Well considering my great grandmother lived about 200 years ago and she was in Germany, I don't think she's say much besides I'd only burn a US flag if it were old and warn out, I'd more likely bury it.

Depends. Of my great grandmothers, some were Arabs in some tiny village in a desert somewhere, and one was a Lithuanian Jew. I don't think they'd mind, really.
