Your stamina sounds as though it is on the blink. Know it is not what you want to hear but you need more excercise to build this up as well as eating healthily. There is such a thing as too much sleep, although most teenagers would disagree. Do you sit in front of a computer most of the time. My Grandson does this and has the same problem. He has just started to go to the gym and now his tiredness is a healthy tiredness instead of lethargy and he is sleeping better and building up his stamina. Still sits at the computer when at home but getting into regular excercise has helped. If you are seriously worried get a check up but I think you will find you are ok.

Could it be possible that you are oversleeping? We only need around 6-8 hours sleep and if you have too much more it can have a negative effect. Fish oil is good to take if you're having trouble concentrating.
If you do the exercise thing don't do it close to bedtime because then you won't be able to sleep! If you are a worrier keep a pen and pad next to your bed and write down anything that is bothering you before you go to sleep. You could also try learning a few relaxation techniques to help you have a better sleep. And finally, if you're a teenager don't worry about it too much because its a fact that teenagers just need more sleep than everyone else!
I had this problem for years but I do some a combination of this stuff and now I feel great!
Hope this helps you! xx

You may lack iron in your diet, be anaemic.
Iron is needed in the body to form haemoglobin.
Haemoglobin carries oxygen around the body and carbon dioxide away. Without haemoglobin the body is starved of oxygen.
'Yawning, lack of concentration and listlessness' are symptomatic of a lack of oxygen.
DO NOT TAKE IRON TABLETS.
A change in diet may be all that is needed.
Iron rich foods are green vegetables, red meat and eggs.
As you have breakfast, try a soft poached egg on toast twice a week.
Take some exercise in the fresh air, breathing hard allows more oxygen to go in and more carbon dioxide to come out. Walking, cycling, swimming, school sports etc.are all beneficial.
Hope you improve.!!!!

You need a blood test to see if you are anaemic, if this comes back and you are healthy then drink lots of water and take exercise--I know this sounds mad as you are tired already but exercise will give you more energy.

Eating the wrong foods. Pancakes, bacon, carbs. That can make you sleepy. Try some good cereal and some fruit.

What's your diet like? A poor diet can affect you like this. Also, getting lots of exercise makes you generally more awake and active.
