The contract will not be offered to him until after the NCAA Tournament. His agent has seen the contract. That's his agents job. Billy Donovan, who has probably already made up his mind as to what his decision is, will hold a press conference after the tournament and announce his decision, which will more than likely be that he will accept the KY job. Who is going to turn down 3.5 million dollars per season on a 7 year contract. You'd have to like alligators awfully well.

Yes, he has been offered a contract. Catspause.com released this week that it was a 7 year, 3.5 million a year deal with a bonus of another 3.5 million after finishing the 7th season. WLEX out of Lexington, WSAZ out of Huntington/Charleston, and WYMT out of Hazard all reported the same story the night catspause released the statement. Nothing has been signed yet, so it is not official, but again, according to catspause, a press conference will be held shortly after Florida's last game in the tournament for a decision to be made.
I have verified that the University of Florida has given Mitch Barnhart the go to speak with Donovan, with the president going as far as to say that "He was not worried, Donovan was a gator." By the end of next week, we should know one way or another where Donovan will be coaching next season.

Lots of rumor and speculation, but nothing to substantiate there has been any discussion. Won't hear a peep out of Donovan until after this weekend.
