Actually a bare and brazilian are the same, both leave you bare. It depends on what you're looking to achieve. A bikini wax is just basically like a shape up, gets rid of any stray hairs that may poke out of your underwear or swimsuit. Brazilian hurts, but its worth it. Its clean and leaves you smoother than a babys bottom and your hair grows back finer so the next time you go while it still hurts, doesn't hurt as much. I don't get razor burn like someone said above, and if you do, thats probably because the wax they were using was dirty (if that makes any sense). You may have some swelling and redness and they may tell you to put some neosporin on it, but my swelling goes down after less than an hour, the redness is gone by next day. I would go to a professional for a brazilian and you could always tell them to leave a 'landing strip'.

with a brazilian, and bare wax you will get razor burn (even without a razor) they will be red itchy bumps and it will be very annoying and embarassing. The regular bikini has much less of that effect.

the best wax is the brazilian wax.I was just at the shop a week ago thinking i new everything it is to know about a wax until my man jut me up on this article talking about the brazilian wax the essence article was so deep i had to try it for my self and its the best wax ive evea had...

brazilian, it hurts though! You get the cleanest smoothest look, and it gets more area than the others.

well ive just recently done the laser brazillian and its the best...
ive done the waxing too and it hurts like hell... but, its very clean...
i would try brazillian...
