How long does silicone adhesive take to dry?

The stuff I am using is DAP Aquarium Sealant.
And it says it is 100% silicone.

yep. answer 1 correct.

just to clarify, the silicone is actually crosslinking and creating a polymer matrix. there is no solvent contained within to "dry"
