we have removed all the screws and other bits but its still wont budge anybody know where i can get info on how to remove it please?

check under the labels and foot pads. Check for screws on top too under the keyboard and screen.
The mfr should have what they refer to as "take aparts".

You will not find a diagram.
First, laptop manufacturers do not want end-users to service their laptops themselves. This takes away from the money they would get from servicing your laptop.
Second, laptop designs change so often that nobody takes the time to create a diagram for one particular model, it would not be cost-effective.
Honestly, your best bet would be to take a step back. Let the laptop sit. Go for a walk, or watch some TV for a little while and then come back to the laptop.
Whenever I am stuck on something like this, I find a break helps me kind of reset and figure out what i was missing on the first attempt.
