I've heard that they are not allowed to ask what is wrong with you, that this question is illegal. Anyone know?

Not illegal. But if you're out too many days they can ask for a doctors report.

they have the right to know..but of course you also have the right to refuse to answer if you think his questions went out-of-bounds and ask for your too personal life.
you can't just pop in or out in the office without the office knowing it. it will jeopardize the time schedule alloted for each staff and affect the company's performance.

its not illegal,but you dont have to answer.you dont need a dr. note unless you miss three consecutive days
