I mean it like me and some of my friends were gonna wear them to be funny. (and if they don`t do it then i`ll be sooooooo mad, and i`ll look like an idiot, but hey! i stuck to my promise!)

No i dont think they'll look funny, just funky and cute.
I wore shorts with leggins yesterday with red flats lol.
I think they make you stand otu and look unique.

NOOOOOOO not leggings under shorts!!! No No No...
You can wear shorts with tights, like blck tights, or patterned tights, or fishnet tights when the weather is a bit nicer, but not leggings, its not even a funny look just a idont get why ud do tht look....
Believe it or not tho i have seen it being worn in a town near me, but the two girls were also wearing big gold curtain hook style earrings, clown pendants and had orange dyed hair with roots, go figure if you think its a good look if they were wearing it!!
Alt wear the legging with just about anythin else frm really shrt skirts, to skimpy tunics, to proper dresses, to v long fitted tops!!
Leggings are v cool and versatile, and shrts passable if teamed with the right tights, top and shoes and if theyre the right length....hotpants are silly!! Just never ever put shorts and leggings together if you dont also tap ppl for 10 p for the bus in the street! thts the sort tht wear them!
Just remember its more cool not to wear everything thts in fashion all at the same time!

I don't think so. I like to wear my leggins (I like capri length best) with a tunicand flats, chunky platform heels look good too. Just remember NOT to wear tops that are too short and not covering your butt-it will look sooo tacky.

yes it is i love it i do it all the time but dont were jean shorts were like plad ones that is very cute but were a cute shirt with it and were eather flats or flipflops i looks very cute together you can evan by cute ones with disinges on it that look even more cutter but when i were that outfit i were my hair down with a big bump in my hair so i hope i helped you ♥

They are very cute, just not in public. I wear them to dance class with mesh shorts all the time.

The look is still in and acceptabed. Especially when you've got the body for it. Do the outfit with your head held high. Show the world, you are it and that is that.

definitely, and wear flats with a fairly plain shirt it is ok with a little design but not too much or it will make everything too busy with the leggings

yes. you could mix it up. Use belts, if there black leggings, use a metallic belt. It will pop. i would say footless leggings. What ever you do make it your own!

i love it! but i guess its all about who you hang with and what your style is! obviously don't wear leggings with work out shorts, but jean shorts look great!

I think it depends on were your going. Like to school no. But if your like lounging around the house or runing arrands or something maybe.
