well try to find a boot/shoe that has a little heel. You will be suprised how an inch will make a difference. Dont wear striped shirts that go across they make people seem wider therefore shorter. Make sure to carry your body with your shoulders always back too. Illusions are very good. Hope these ideas help.

Clothes with vertical stripes draw eyes to follow the pattern: up and down, making you look taller. Cowboy boots are the only thing I can think of for guy shoes that actually increase your height-or stilts (just kidding).

Ok wear striped shirts and a pant with self lines that arnt too obvious. Next wear a show that has high insoles and a bit of a heel. Not more tha 1 and 3/4 inches.

im pretty sure theres something called a lift that fits into your shoe that can give you some height!
you can always try being stretched - you never know!
eat your vegetables!
