The best way is when no one else is in the pit, b/c otherwise you will get smashed in the head, and it will hurt. If you like pain you will love moshing.

Go to concert (preferably Slayer or Slipknot. Moshing will not happen at Barry Manilow or Celine Dion shows - although THAT would be f*cking hilarious)

Get in pit - near front of stage

Jump up and down flailing arms around and around in a circle with other people. repeat until you get stepped on or teeth smacked out of your head.

Repeat...

Ummmm................I don't think there is a guide on how to mosh. Just don't be afraid. If you are you might as well not do it because it is pretty overwhelming.

Just go for it. Push some people around......have fun. And get into the music. :D

just go with the flow. It normally involves a lot of random arm flailing and kicking. Don't be afraid to hit people...it happens.

Moshing is stupid. Just mind your business and enjoy the show. If people run into me, I'll freakin' drop them.
