American Idol is a great show. There's no violence or anything bad about it. I love watching it with my kids. A lot of musicians are jealous and uppity about it. They are such elitists. Whats wrong with a good old fashioned talent search show? Sanjaya's hair was a riot. It probably got him enough attention to get the votes needed to stay in. We'll see tonight! (personally, I hope Blake wins)

Well getting votes is good. When people vote it's for people to stay, so I'm confused by your question. Are you asking if we think his ugly hair is going to cost him, by people not voting for him? I doubt it, because people that watch the show and vote, are voting on who they want to win, and that is based mostly on their singing. It's only partly on their looks, and I don't think he'll lose over one nights bad hair. I think most people realize, that the contestants don't do their own hair and make-up, the show has a staff of hair and make-up people.

I did think his hair was awful though, it looked either very girly or like an 80's hair-band singer.

This has become a total farce. Maybe now the producers of the show will put their heads together and come up with some other ideas on how to put contestants through. I do blame the judges partly, they are the ones who let this kid go on in the first place. Do you remember his sister? She had a lovely voice and how they put him through instead is the question.

Oh, probably! I don't think it matters what he does, people are going to vote for him just because. Even Simon said it doesn't matter what the judges say, there's people out there who are going to vote for him, no matter how much he sucks. I think there's even a website that encourages people to vote for him, just to spite the show.

ABSOLUTELY!

I didn't even pay that much attention to his singing cuz I was too busy staring at that ridiculous 'do. Did you see Ryan's face when he announced Sanjaya?

And yet you are still talking about it , so of course; it got him votes because you forgot about the other singers.
