Hi!

Yeah you can put the contract sim card in your Samsung & it'll work with no probs, it's the contract they want you to have more (not just the phone)so it's all good! you won't get into trouble as long as you pay the bill...
just be aware that you cant say you've lost or damaged the phone as when you sell it they can check by the IME number if the LG phone is being used...if you say you've lost it they'll block it!

It is possible to put your sim into a different phone. The company usually doesn't care what kind of phone you use. Although I would check and make sure that your sim card is readable by the old phone. Some of the newer phones cannot read old sims and vice versa.

I just brought someones brand new upgrade from eBay, and by the looks of things everybody is doing it.Getting upgrades and selling them on. make sure your not paying insurance in your contract for the phone that you sell on.

People love brand new un-opened boxes, but if you do have to open the box to take a picture, leave all the screen covers etc on the phone, and state that in your listing, all the specifications. memory card. unlocked gsm etc.

yes
but you will still have to pay the contract for the time of contract left.
it would be a lot better just to purchase a new sim card ,that is if you dont mind a differant tel number

Yes you can do that and how would orange know? It's your phone once you've signed the contract so you can do what you want with it.

It's your phone, whether you got it as part of a contract or not.

You can do whatever you want to do with it.

As long as you won't make false claims and insurance or something.

Good Luck!
