That is a ridiculous question! Are you trying to be funny or are you really stupid? What the hell would you give Bush a medal for? Getting us into a war? Destroying Iraq? His excellent handling of hurricane Katrina? Jimmy Carter didn't start a war and worked to try and get peace in the middle east, Bush and Bin Laden want to kill people.
