I could almost swear that my legs are shrinking, not only do i feel closer to the ground and weird around the leg area but they look like i'm losing the length of them by month. My arms also look like they are growing longer. I'm really scared, i don't know what to do.. do i have some sort of disease? I'm only 14 by the way so i shouldn't be shrinking!

At the age of 14 your body is still doing the hormone/growth tango.
You will discover that lots of things will change between 14 and 18 and maybe even after that.
I had a friend who hit a growth spurt at 17 and grew 9 inches in the space of about 6 months. My nephew grew so fast he had terrible pains in his arms and legs.
You will grow as you grow. Unless you have some terrible impairment such as lumps on long bones or joint pain I wouldn't sweat it.

Line yourself up to a wall in your room. Mark how tall you are. Mark how long your legs are. Next week check to see if they are the same numbers. You may just have a problem of self visualization.............seeing yourself 'wrong'. Are your jeans, slacks too long, now? Are your arms hanging out of your t's, sweaters, etc.? Measuring is best, because it shows you that if you think your legs are shrinking, and your arms are growing longer...........you need to SEE that they are or are not.

go to GP, remember that your body changes at your age and paranoia may be getting the better of you, measure yourself against the door and check it a month later and see if there is a change... i am sure you will be ok tho xxx
