I have white aprons and shirts that are not so white any more... are there any products or tricks to get them to sparkle again??? I live in chile...we have vanish...does it work?

well the best way I find is to use the good old fashioned bar soap . you know the kind for washing clothes, it´s normally brown in color . Soak you clothes in cold water then give a good rub with the soap. leave them out of the water with the soap still on say 1/2 hr or so . Then back to the cold water give a rub add more soap then straight to the washing machine on a 40ºc wash . Now hang them outside in the sun as the sun will do the rest of the work by bleaching your clothes the natural way & your whites will be whiter than white

Soak over night in a strong solution of OxyClean and hot water. I do this in a bucket or the washing machine set to a lower water level.

Try using white vinegar in the wash and also believe it or not,take the clothing out and let the sun dry them. If you hang them in the sun,they will become whiter. My Aunt used to lay hers on the grass and let the sun dry them.

Sometimes Cascade or one of the other dishwasher soaps will work if you soak them overnight. Good luck
