Actually neither. If you were to be pushed out of the space station without a suit you would have a few things to worry about. One, its really really cold in space in the shade. Two, its really hot when your not. Three, extremly high levels of radiation and not to mention there is no oxygen so breathing would be a bit of a problem. But you wouldnt explode or implode.

Space is a vacuum.
It would pull you outward, as if you were exploding.
However, I don't think you would actually explode. You would surely die quickly, but I think you get to stay in one piece with all the life sucked out of you. All of the gases dissolved in your skin, blood, and bones would boil away into space due to low pressure, and you would have no oxygen, carbon dioxide, or nitrogen gasses left in you. Your eyes and skin would turn a sickly color and you'd be dead fast.

You would rapidly lose the air in your lungs, and the blood near your skin would boil, but as far as exploding, the human body simply doesn't have that much pressure inside.
But that doesn't mean it wouldn't be messy.

You would explode due to the lack of atsmospheric pressure to equalize the pressure inside your body. 9psi inside your body pushing against 0psi outside would cause a nasty mess.

EXplode.
In an atmosphere, you have pressure on you.
In space there is no atmosphere so your internal pressure would try to get out.

as you mean it nether. the vacuum of space would cause the rupture of your cells(the cold of space) your water in your body would freeze. your body would still be intact, so to speak. you would still be very much dead.
