Murcia has recently had a large influx of Brit's there due to it's climate and relatively low cost housing, also Ryanair have started cheap flights there which is encouraging more people to visit.

Much of Murcia's charms come from the region being off the beaten track - at least as far as mass tourism is concerned. But even so, it is remarkably easy to get to and to get around.

yeah, i love murcia it is a great place, im buying a house there soon,
i love it, its still spanish, and hasnt been taken over yet like the costa blanca and costa del sol...............
