I have a brand new car and It's supposed 2 hail tonite?

Question

Where should I keep it? Can't go to dealership. I do have a large tree by the driveway I could park it under. I can't use the garage my parents have it. Please anyone

The one person had it right to put quilts, but if you have something as tall as a tissue box, put that in the center of the hood, top, and back. This will act as an absorber especially if you get some really big hail. After this go buy a nice big cheap tarp and some bungee cords for the next time. Tarps have eyelets to fasten the bungee cord so the wind will not blow it away. Have fun now.

FYI, if you ever are driving and it starts to hail and there is no immediate cover then stop the vehicle. I had the first time to drive in hail without cover. Got caught up in the highway. I thought I could go down a mile under the bridge. What i did no realize till later that going 55 mph only made the hail collisions bigger. If I would have stopped I bet I would have not had those nasty big dings. I am 56 and the FIRST time I have even been caught in the open. But next time I know better. If someone would have told me, I would have pulled over.

Now if I find out you did not follow my instructions on the hail prevention bumps, then I may come over and give you hell. lol

you could always just put old quilts on it to cover the windows and the hood/roof . that way if the hail hits it it will absorb the impact. if you park it under the tree you will run the risk of branches falling.

dont park it under a tree it coud fall on it or a limb could fall on it put it under anything solid(a car aover could reduce the damage
