There's the old saying at every end of a rainbow is a pot of gold. Do you think you could really reach the end of a rainbow?

Since a rainbow is a virtual image, it does not have an end. Check this out with spray from a garden hose on a sunny day -- when the weather gets warmer.

Sorry, there is no end to a rainbow. It is not a physical object. It only exist because of light passing through the water droplets. A rainbow's position will change for each observer's position. It is similar to looking at the back of a compact disc. The "rainbow" colors you see as you move it around aren't really moving, the source it's self in relation to your eyes and the light source is what is moving. Lots of infor about rainbows here.

say u are in a plane and it is raining once it begins to stop look the opposite direction of the sun and since u r so high up a rainbow is a circle so yes there is an end to a rainbow

No because the rainbow is a circle.
