It will help a little. Here are my tips for studying. Always have a seperate area just for school work, the library, a corner in the house or a space in your room. Avoid distractions in this area, like the phone, music, tv ect. If you need to use a computer for your work, turn off all of your IMs music ect. Take breaks every 45 minutes. I use a timer that has two settings. I set it for 45 minutes and 15 minutes. I work for 45 and take a break for 15. Hope that helps.

I'm at my satisfactory at a table whilst it is enormously bloodless, I conceal underneath the covers and research..and finally come to be dragging myself to the table rationale it is simply too cozy and comfortable to pay attention.

It depends on your personality. (I need to have some type of "noise" -tv, radio, etc. while studying)
Just make sure you are away from anything that might distract you, aren't hungry, etc.
