Ok. What you really are asking for here is daily pollen count info. The best source for that is the web page of your local TV station. ABC has a very good weather page with pollen and mold counts. Another good source is the weather page in your daily newspaper. Check these sources out.

In Canada Weather Eye is the best site. BBC Weather is best for UK and Europe. Weatherbug,Weather Channel and Accuweather are the major ones in the USA. Weather Watcher and mbient Weather are also good. All are free though some also offer paid services. Just type any of the sites I mentioned into your computer and find the one, or several, that you like best. Also if you use Firefox as your browser they offer Forecastfx (Accuweather) 1-click wether (Weather Channel) and mini weatherbug all on your toolbars.

Try weatherchannel.com . They have this really cool weather alert that they will call your home or cell phone and alert you when severe weather is in the forecast.
