Clorox has pH of 11.4 it means:

H3O ion concentration is 10^(-11.4)

And H+* OH- =10^-14

OH- + 10^-14/10^-11.4
or OH- = 10^(-2.6)

pH = -log [H+] = 11.4 ==> [H+] = 10(-11.4) or

[H+] = 3.98 *10-12

similarly

pOH = 14 - pH = 1.4 ==> [OH-] = 0.0398
