The main car lock on the drivers side to control all the other doors won't work. I tried the passenger side as well but that doesn't work other. My clock is gone. My windshield wiper does work on the first click, but it does on every other. And my radio resets itself everytime I turn on the car. This is completely random, waking up to this since when I left it last night it was perfectly fine. Does this have to do something with a fuse or wiring?

It's not a fuse. Those things run off different fuses. One thing that could cause all that is a bad ground wire between the engine and the chassis. That makes your voltage go all over the place. The engine still cranks ok because the battery and starter motor are both grounded to the engine, but just about everything else is grounded to the chassis.

A loose fuse might do this.
