Cause some commercials are national. They come right on the feed along with your MTV or Nickelodeon.
Other comercials are local and your local cable company or local network affiliate inserts them

there's plenty of Staples around Baltimore. you should come by sometime, get a couple of notebooks. maybe some sticky pads and pens too. then we'll get high on Dust Off.

Yeah in my state (Massachusetts) they always show that Sonic restaurant commercial. And I looked it up, to find out where they are, and there aren't any in this state. Pretty dumb.
