Dont know about San Diego but I do know there is a place in Atlanta that trains male and females and they travel plus they work with the big agencies too.

There are wrestling schools all over the country, just look up wrestling schools on google and you'll find a bunch in California.

don't know, but if you're serious, you should go to el auditorio de tijuana and ask around whenver there is a show
