Which is easier to learn

Those are the two languages which I want to learn!! Weird. They just seem quite interesting and more unique than boring Spanish or French.
German would probably be easier, because the English language largely is derived from German.

Both are difficult languages for an English speaker to learn, because the grammar and declensions and structures can be quite different. I don't know German, but Russian is a beautiful language, and a joy to learn. It seems to be quite structured, so you will have to memorize many tables and forms and conjugations, but with a little bit of boring practice they will come easy, and you can move on to reading and forming your own sentences....

Because I am german and simply moved to the Us, I am for german. :) The language isnt that complicated than russian and it's extra spoken, so you'll be able to "do" extra with it. The grammar is just about the equal like in english plus there are MANY phrases which might be the equal- thats well you probably have vocabularies to be trained. And german isnt handiest speakme in Germany. Its additionally spoken in Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Italy (Province of Bolzano-Bozen), Lichtenstein, Luxembourg, Switzerland and its additionally a minority language in Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Poland, Namibia, Romania, Slovakia and in Russia, too. So, I wish I would support you and if you can take german, I'll be there to support you, if you want and love to :)

Learn German, there are more German speaking countries than Russian so there's more likihood of you being able to use it :)

neither, german and russian are both hard to learn but i think german has more us words in there dictionary so german

Learn Italian, it is such a beautiful language, and I think anyone who speaks it goes up on the attractive scale 10 points.

well i know Russian and German they both are pretty equal hard. they both are ugly languages and they both are really ruff and to me it sound really harsh
