From Midway, take the Orange Line into the city (it's the only direction the train will go from Midway, so don't worry about getting on the wrong train). When you get to the "Library, State and Van Buren" stop (this will be the first stop in the city loop area), transfer to the Brown line. You'll need to cross to the other set of tracks to get on the Brown line going to "Kimball", but it will be a free transfer. Once on the Brown Line, take that to "Fullerton". The DePaul campus is right outside the Fullerton station. Hope that helps!

Here's the info from DePaul's website:
Chicago is centrally located and is a gateway for travel. O'Hare International and Midway Airports are a short subway ride away from DePaul's campuses and offer flights to locations around the world. Chicago boasts one of the most comprehensive transportation systems, making travel within the city and surrounding areas extremely convenient.
Chicago Transportation Authority/Metra
The CTA manages the "el" and subway trains and buses. You can get where you want to go with CTA. The Metra commuter trains speed riders from downtown to all parts of Chicagoland.

Orange line from Midway and switch to the brown line(faster than Red Line) or Red Line and get off at Fullerton and walk west about a block to Sheffield and you're on the Depaul University campus.

The only train that goes to Midway is the "Orange line", then u would have to switch to a red line train to get u to the univeristy, (state st, campus)
Go to yahoo.com and type in "CTA", and it will take u to the tranisit page, where u can plan out your trip, and get the right directions.

In case you are going to the Downtown Campus just take the Orange Line to Library. You will be two blocks away.
