I am 59, what do YOU think? :o) I'd do the eye lids and a small face lift where it brought my "jowls" up. Maybe I would also de-marshmallow my nose a bit. Nothing that would make me look foreign and definitely NOTHING like Joan Rivers. She is just freaky. No lip plumping either. I think that just looks silly. Maybe some belly sucked out, too. Ick.
My guess is nearly everyone who said "no" is 40 or under. Just wait! :o)

None. Plastic surgery is another one of these things designed to make money for those performing it, and make the general public feel inadequate. Unfortunately people still buy into it. And there is nothing much less attractive than someone who has had plastic surgery.
