I noticed that when I worked in consession... Large ladies ordering nachos, burgers, fries, buttered popcorn, but they would snap if we ran out of diet coke. I don't think 30 extra grams of sugar in a regular coke is gonna hurt, especially when you look at what they're eating.
Plus, diet coke is bad cuz it has aspartame, which makes you crave carbs.

Even the salads at McDonald's have the same amount of calories as a big mac which is shocking as all get out.
I once saw a lady order a strawberry Cinnabon and a large diet Coke. What is the freaking point?!

I don't know about others, but I always get diet sodas. I don't care for drinks that taste like there's 5 pounds of sugar in each can. The "DIET" has nothing to do with it.

Saw that at Burger King today. Couldn't hardly walk around, so many people that should diet. I guess they figure a 100 calorie drink off sets the 5,000 fat calotires.

Maybe they just prefer diet to regular and are not really trying to lose weight at all.

People ussually (not always, though) Think that if they have something "Diet" in their meal, it's okay to eat whatever with it. But that's what I think. I knew some people like that.
