I am currently using Flash 5 but also have Flash MX if I may need to use that.

Obviously since Flash is a 2-dimensional vector animation program, it cannot interpret or display 3-dimensional model information. There are a number of plugins for various 3D studios that allow rendering of the scene to a SWF, which can then be imported into a Flash movie and displayed thusly.
