From the weirdly tangential way you write, this may be an uphill battle. Since race was not an issue, why did you mention it? What information does that give us?

Attraction is a complex phenomena. She may be saying she is not attracted to you. You will have a difficult time changing that, if it is true. Try being a friend. Have fun with her and quit trying to "say the right things" to manipulate her. Be you. Only by being you will she be able to see if she likes the "real" you.

Well, I am a girl so I think I know what a girl might think. Always be yourself. Always be honest and sincere. Tell her how much her friendship means to you, but that you feel like you would like to try and be more than friends. Tell her you think she is beautiful inside and out. Tell her you think she is caring and sweet. Tell her that with all the things you have in common that you think you would be a good couple. Ask her out on a date and see what happens!

Just be yourself. You said she's your friend and kinda knows how you feel. Just continue being there for her, she'll see if you are the "right" guy or not. Thank you and good luck.

Just ask her to the movies, but dont push her to the back, follow her. Then see how it moves on from there, wait for the right time, and ask her how she feels about you.

Just tell her how you feel. Ask her out to a movie or to lunch and then ask her to be your girlfriend. Whatever you say to her just relax.

It's not so much your words that are wrong, as your lack of punctuation.
