Weird dischard, almost 13 weeks along?

I'm almost 13 weeks pregnant and I got this really thick, snot like discharge one day. It was weird.. and now I'm really scared that something happened to my mucus plug or w/e... I dont know. Anyone have any ideas to what this is? or could it be just regular discharge?
