yeah its not the one where she gets possessed by isabella and then also converts lois and chloe,its one where she actually has super strength and lifts a black kid up by his throat against some lockers and then throws him into the ones opposite

It was Season 4, Episode 8, called "Spell".
As Clark and Lois arrange a surprise 18th birthday party for Chloe, Lana receives a mysterious book that belonged to her French ancestor Isabelle, who was burned as a witch in the 1600's. Through the book, Isabelle possesses Lana's body and she resurrects two other witches in the bodies of Chloe and Lois.
