Everyone's pregnancy is different. I think you can be pretty sure that you will be able to satisfy your baby once your milk comes in! In the mean time, just use nursing pads to stop leakage.

this happens to me too, i started leaking when i was around 12 or 13 weeks just a tiny drop from each nipple, once i hit 30 weeks i would leak so much that the front of my shirt would be soaking wet. and it does get thicker at first its clear and then you'll start to notice that it become orange in color. i pumped to see just how much i was leaking and i easily could get out an ounce from each breast. im 35 weeks now and i still leak quit often but it helps to wear a sports bra and nursing pads, even when sleeping, on the nights i dont wear one my breast will leak to the point that not only is my shirt wet but the bed sheets get soaked as well. i wouldnt worry too much about it but call your doctor if you feel necessary.

well that is pretty heavy leakage...most people only leak small amounts till there milk drops a bit after birth..I've heard of people leaking that much before though, it's not that unusual...but just for some peace of mind, give the office a call, and they can answer that over the phone without you even having to go in...Oh and they have some great pads out there to stop the leakage..

Don't pump your breasts as some have suggested, or you will have an oversupply on your hands. Your body will keep making more, the more you pump. Pumping 10 weeks before the baby is born would be a really bad idea.
Talk to your doctor dear. Meantime, use breast pads inside your bra.

Don't know if that's normal or not...
I'd call the doc and ask
But speaking from experience as a 5 month breastfeeding mom...it seems a pity to waste it...I'd be tempted to collect and freeze it for future baby feedings! lol

Yes this is normal. I just packed my bra with nursing pads and just kept changing them. Good Luck. I know how you feel and i feel really bad for you. That happened to me and i was at mcdonalds and it looked like i spilled an xl glass of soda on me.
