It's not too hard. I'm a crossdresser and I usually find I get attention from men (ironically I'm heterosexual). There are plenty of guys who are into that out there.
Try various online groups/forums (yahoo groups for example). With a bit of digging I know you'll find groups that cater that sort of thing specifically.
Go out dressed to gay venues. You'll find people interested there. I usually get a few propositions.

Transvestitism is generally limited to the heterosexual population. Don't confuse drag, which is wearing women's clothes to parady women, with wearing them for a sexual thrill.
Gay men are (by definition) attracted to men, so are unlikely to want a relationship with a transvestite (this does not mean there aren't a few who do, it's just not the rule).
There are straight men that find this kind of thing interesting though. I would search google for transvestite clubs and organizations in your area.

well, that depends on the context i'd assume. do you want to have a sexual relationship with them or just hang out in women's clothing with them. are you transgendered? i would go to the local gay bar if they have a drag night. also you could check the craigslist in your area or put out a personal somewhere. good luck!

go online to chat groups maybe and see who will do what for you. also, fins a support group near you too to do the same sort of thing as well.
