i havent recieved anything yet, and they were suppose to already be given out. the job doesnt directly give them to u. its done by another company.

you can call the irs and they will give you instructions on what to do

The W-2 had to be sent by 1/31. If you have not received it yet, call your prior employer and request a copy. (They may tell you they will go out next week as they may have to request from the other company) Make sure they have your correct address.

If you still don't recieve it, you can contact the IRS. (www.irs.gov) They will then request it from the employer.

It's still the company's responsibility, regardless of whom they have contracted that service to. Contact the Personnel Director.
