An employer can fire you for not meeting your job requirements. Are you making up the hour you are losing to try to meet the requirements?
Even if they do terminate for this, you can still collect unemployment as long as you are doing your job to the best of your ability and are not willfully NOT doing your job.

If it takes you an hour to express your milk, do you still take a lunch hour, or do you work through to make up the time? Do you stay late or come in early to make up the extra hours a week? If you put in the extra effort, it may be easier to defend your postion, however, if you are not meeting the job requirements, for whatever reason, then they are justified in terminating your employment.

If it's in Txas, they can fire you just because they don't like your hair color. If they are firing you because of a lack of job requirements, they can blame it on anything, not your milk expressing. Trust me they'll find something.

Yes. You should use your breaks and lunch hours to express milk. I returned to work while still nursing an infant. I used my break and lunch time to pump. So it wouldn't interfere with my production.

I would refer to the Americans' with Disabilities act, pregnant and nursing mothers are included in that act. Also refer to yuor Department of Labor for counsel on this matter.
