I was filling out a collage application and it stated
"if you are an American citizen please include results if H.I.V/Aids test?
1. as an American how do you feel about that ?
2. why do you think they would put that only for "Americans"
3. does it offend you in any way?

That is wrong!!! I believe if you have the virus tell your partner or lovers but it is your decision to tell the world.

Yes, it would offend me because I know I don't have aids/hiv. America doesn't have the highest aids/hiv IQ or whatever you want to call, Africa does.
