I am too surprised as to why he was not selected for the world cup as general perception before the world cup started was that the pitches in West Indies will help the spinners.

Because to the Australian batsmen spinners are "Food and Drink". They would love to loft Mushtaq high into the stand. He is just another tosser from Pakistan who is no good at cricket. Try another game, you are no good at this one.
