NO TANNING! Tanning booths gives off radiation and radiation will effect the growth of your baby. They say very small amounts of sun can help the growth of your baby (your skin will absorb Vitamin C), but you should not tan. Congrats if you're pregnant and best wishes

It's not safe to tan at a salon even if you are not pregnant. Studies have shown that people who use tanning beds are more likely to get skin cancer, especially if they use them before age 35. It would be safest for your health not to use the tanning bed. Try jergens natural glow lotions instead.

Absolutely not! That can be very harmful to your baby, and it's harmful to you. No Tanning! Ask your doctor about this and they'll tell you the same thing. Also, you may want to ask your doctor about trying out some sunless tanning sprays and creams. They may not be harmful, but check with your OB first.

Check with your doctor. But I am thinking it would NOT be the best idea. Besides you don't need to tan, you have the 'glow'.

I realize people do look better with a tan but are you willing to risk skin cancer for it............................ and please don't think
'I'm young, I want a tan and I'll worry about skin cancer when I'm old' - guess what................... when you're older it's TOO LATE!!!!!!!!!!!!
I sure wish I would have listened to adults when I was much younger..... I am older and have tons of areas that will develop into skin cancer - just because I wanted a cool tan to look better............................

NO!!! And you're not allowed to go into a Hot Tub either. My Doctor said you can literally "cook" your baby to death. No overexposure to heat WHATEVERSOVER. Please be careful!
