I have just got a divorce and would like to start a new life in that area. My plans have always been to start a small business such as restuarant/lounge or perhaps a billiards place of some type. I have a vast background from ems, small contracting projects to automotive. A divorce has made it difficult to do so until now. I have limited funds and would like to start slow and do most of the work myself. I love to cook and being in front of people doesn't bother me. I would like employment the pays or perhaps you know of a business that might work that can be started or is available. This I hope will help even though not much to go from.
