i dont think there is anything better than the Ozarks.....i have been there before and loved it....we stayed near Osage beach...does that ring a bell?

The Ozarks are great. I love it out there. But the Colorado Rockies has it beat for camping. I have always said The Colorado Rockies is truly God's Country.

The only area I can think of that would even come close to the ancient beauty of the Ozarks would be either in Big Sur or in the redwoods in California

First why do you like to go camping, honestly it's just going back to the dumb age. Fishing and doing outside activities are cool but camping nope.Second i have to say the best place for camping is probaly in new york. I mean you get to survive the streets steal your own food steal your own water and pay rent for your own shelter. lol lol lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

definately in Denali, Alaska! you can see wildlife, mountains, and anything you can imagine! it is awesome!!!
