Well, if you eat ALOT of carrots, the carotene in them can cause the skin tone to be orangey! :) But, i've never heard of eating specific foods to 'have' a light colored baby. That is all determined by genetics and DNA. My husband and i are both fair skinned, we have fair skinned babies. My sister and her boyfriend just had a baby boy, who has a nice, light tan complexion because my sister is fair, and her boyfriend is Latino. Eating a certain food will not alter genetics!

What? What difference would diet make?
Baby's skin color depends wholly on what the family's skin colors are.

I'm pretty sure that heredity and genes will make the pigment of your baby, not a diet. But who knows for sure.

Nothign you eat will affect a baby's skin tone. It's all in the DNA...nothing you can do.

If you are seriously asking that question you should think about adoption as the only answer!
