there are lyric websites that should be able to tell you the artist who sings songs. maybe if you went to google.com , or clusty.com you could maybe type in the title of the song, and maybe get an answer.

click on google, then type in the lyrics that you know, then type in lyrics. Or you could go to "allmusic.com" type in the lyrics and it should pull up a list of songs that might be what you're looking for.
