If it were my, i would use microsoft excel, that way u can do simple calculations and comparisons

You can get one on one of the free blood pressure machines that are often located in pharmacies, and grocery stores. I used to deliver these little brochures, they should be hanging on the side of the machine somewhere.

there's a lot where you can record it online. and it will chart it and everything but as for a copy that you write on can't you just make one?

They ought ot have something at a drug store, or make your own. All you need are: Date, Time, High(systollic), Low(diastolic), and pulse.
