Im looking for a good series to watch that I could find on youtube or crunchyroll.com and such.

I'd suggest trying Code Geass Lelouche of the Rebellion. It's on crunchyroll and it's not lisensed. It's a really good anime and I think it rivals Death Note with how good the story and characters are and how thick the plot is.
Angel Heat is a nice one to watch. If you are familar with the City Hunter series from a decade ago or so, this is a new spin off of the series.
D.Gray-man is a fun one to watch. If you are familar with typical shounan action titles such as Naruto, Bleach, etc, this one runs in that genre and is pretty entertaining and also is unlisensed.
AIR TV series. This is a good drama series with pretty supurb animation style and again, an unlisensed anime.
NANA . Real to life drama series about two girls with the same name but different personalties and goals.
And if you still need more after those, there is always series such as: Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha, and Jigoku Shoujo

there is this anime called Karin that's really really good. its very funny and has a lil romance. its about this vampire girl that cant drink blood. its sounds weird but its good.

if you include OVA`s then the three part Gundam Seed Stargazer is the best
