Do they continue to compete in the NCAA and the Big East? or was it a one year deal?

I think Greg Schiano did a pretty good job on the recruiting front this season. They landed that big offensive lineman...I forget his name but he was one of the top lineman in the nation. Of course it will be tough competing against Louisville and West Virginia in the Big East but I think they will continue to stay competitive. As long as Schiano continues to bring in quality players, Rutgers will be a force in the Big East....

considering they return the vast majority of their key players, i would say that this is a top 20 team and is capable of repeating what they did last year...it will be plenty more difficult though as the big east continues to improve and get more competitive

Id hold off on buying that Rutgers Football shirt from Steve and Berrys, because it was a one time thing.

It was a one year deal. Your will see the same thing with Notre Dame basketball and Boise St. They enjoyed it and so did everyone else. Next year it will be someone elses turn

They continue. Now weather they decide to stay Big East or not, that for them to decide.
