What Do You Think About the Cover for Harry Potter 7?

It looks like they're in some sort of colloseum, and there appear to be onlookers in the stands who are watching the battle, like in the Triwizard Tournament. I think it's interesting that they have no wands, and that Harry and Voldemort are standing so close together, but are focused on something rather than each other. Usually Voldemort would just have tortured Harry so he couldn't fight back. Either Harry is much stronger, or there is some reason that they have to fight without their wands. Dumbledore was able to do some magical things, like turn invisible, without the use of a magical device. Maybe Harry and Voldemort develop this kind of powerful magic as well, so they can do some magic without their wands. Harry used to do some magic before he even knew he was a wizard, so it would make sense that he should be able to harness that ability later on.

I can't tell what the object around Harry's neck is, but maybe it's one of the horcruxes he finds. (I wonder, does he find out who the person is who beat Dumbledore and himself to the horcrux in the cave?) If it's a horcrux, then Voldemort knows that Harry's been destroying them, which will impact the battle.

I expected a little more from it, such as more dark colors or more action in the drawing. I know that one of the main characters is supposed to be killed off (and I have my suspicions about who it is) so I thought that the cover may reflect or foreshadow the event. Then again, it seems to reveal the showdown between Harry and Voldemort that people have been waiting for. Either way, it's not going to stop me from reading it.

I noticed:
-There are no wands
-Harry has a locket/necklace/Horcrux/bag of some sort around his neck
-Hogwarts (is it hogwarts?) looks frozen
-Ron and Hermione are wearing dress robes
-Hermione looks fat
-On the UK edition they look like they are falling into the arch
-The colours through the arch on the UK edition are the same colours on the US edition
-The curtains could be the the veil in the death room in the Department of Mysteries. They could be behind the veil
-If they are behind the veil, the shadows could be the dead, or who Voldemorts has killed.
-The triangle on the spine of the UK edtion could be a rune, Hermione studied runes
-The mist on the back of the UK edtion could be from Dementors
-The snake in the globe looks like a propechy
-The treasure and coins could be from a vault at Gringotts
-The sword holder could be Kreacher/Dobby/ or a Gringott's goblin.
-Harry's Pantonus looks like it is reflected in his glasses on the UK edition

Overall, I like them.

I looked at the bigger one underneath and I guess that is Voldemort... but what are they pointing at? and where are their wands???

And is that a time-turner on Harry's chest??? Apparently, It's Slytherin's locket!!!

i think it looks cool, and it says that theres deff going to be death, destruction, and some intense scenes! i like the british cover too cuz it shows them finding a lot of treasure or money, so thatll be cool. and they had a pic of the stag patronus, so thats incooperated into the story too. hogwarts was on the back, so some stuff happens there, and that says he goes back to school, if not for lessons, then for something else!!!!!
