Usually if your period is 28 to 30 days, it is day 12 through 15. If you are trying to get pregnant, it is best to have sex during this week to increase your chances of becoming pregnant. Maybe every other day so that you won't have sex everyday and lower your partner's sperm count.

its when the female body releases an egg into the uterus...........

then if it isnt fertalized after about a month you get ur period...it sux!
