yep, You can leave your underware on if you want. But you should be totally nude

Absolutely. A massage is a very relaxing, pleasant and sensual experience that involves the entire body. You'll get the most from a massage if you're completely nude, and it shouldn't make a difference is the person giving the massage if male or female, as long as they're professional and talented.

It depends on the type of bodywork you are getting.
For the old standard Swedish full-body massage, naked is probably good-your choice.
If you are getting an agressive workout-one with a good deal of passive stretching involved with your legs, nakedness is probably no appropropriate. Some of these moves require more than just hand contact with the clients legs as a way to gain leverage during the stretch. trying to perform this while the client was completedly naked invites a certain awkwardness.
I require all my clients to wear underwear when I do any groin musculature work. This way, everyone involved knows what's the intent of this type of body work.

I prefer to be naked and without any draping if the therapist will allow it. Most therapists will not allow this. The sensation when you are nude in a warm room and the therapist does long full body strokes is amazing. Even better if she is nude as well

Usually they will tell you to undress to your level of comfort. If you are a female you should at least take your bra off so they can work on your back. I usually leave my underwear on and it works great. But even if you dont leave your underwear on, they position the sheet in certain ways so that they wont see your "goods"

It really depend's who is giving the massage and if it's someone you trying to hook up with take it slow what happen's will happen if ment to be.

It depends how you feel about being nude. I wore a thong my first time, then went nude the next time.

they ask you to take off everything.
i usually leave on my panties only...sometimes i do take off everything though, just depends what you feel like, it's no biggie.
